Can I see an item in-person before purchasing?

Yes!

However, we highly recommend you buy it online now so we can instantly hold that exact one-of-a-kind piece for you. Our pieces sell quickly, and we would hate for it to be sold when you arrive (it happens a lot). If a piece isn’t a good fit after your purchase, we will give you a 100% full refund.

Can you hold items?

Yes! Purchasing online is how we place an item on hold. We'll remove it from the floor and website until you come see it. If it’s not right in person, we’ll refund you in full. No pressure to keep it.

In-demand pieces sell fast here, so we designed this system to help people avoid losing out on a piece they love.

Note: you must visit the store within 7 days of placing an order for pickup.

Are the photos accurate?

Yes, we use studio lighting and high-definition photography to ensure that the item you see is exactly what you’ll receive.

How soon can you deliver?

Next-day delivery is usually available, if not 2 business days at most.

How much is white-glove delivery?

The delivery fee starts at a flat $149 for locations within 10 miles of our Denver facility for unlimited items placed anywhere in your home. For destinations beyond 10 miles, additional fees are applied. This is calculated at checkout.

Do you allow facility pickups instead of delivery?

Yes, select "Pickup from store" at checkout. You may pickup from our Denver facility. Open 11AM-5PM Mo - Sa.
