We look at photos to check for damage and see if we can sell the item. It helps if you tell us what you paid, the brand, or any problems with it. We are picky about what we take because we only sell top-quality furniture.
What do you pick up?
We accept durable, top-quality furniture in great condition.
How soon can you pick up?
We can usually pick up in a day or two. Pickups are only on weekdays.
What time will you arrive?
You pick a 3-hour window in the morning or afternoon. Our team will arrive during that time and call when on their way.
How do I make money?
You get a share of the final sale price, like consignment. We use your item's brand, condition, and market data to set the price. The price lowers over time to help it sell faster. This scale applies per-item, not from total sales.

When do I get paid?
We email digital checks that can be printed. Payments are sent on the second and fourth Friday of each month.
Is the furniture clean?
Every item is Certified Pre-Owned, which includes:

Can I see an item in-person before purchasing?
Yes!
However, we highly recommend you buy it online now so we can instantly hold that exact one-of-a-kind piece for you. Our pieces sell quickly, and we would hate for it to be sold when you arrive (it happens a lot). If a piece isn’t a good fit after your purchase, we will give you a 100% full refund.
How soon can you deliver?
We’re usually available in a day or two. We’ll send a 2-3 hour window by text the night before.
Can I pick up at your facility?
Yes, please select "Pickup at store" during checkout.
Can you hold items for me?
Yes! Purchasing online is how we place an item on hold. We'll remove it from the floor and website until you come see it. If it’s not right in person, we’ll refund you in full. No pressure to keep it.
